Terms and Conditions of Viking Arms Ltd Prize Draw

• Eligibility:
  • Open to mainland U.K. residents aged 18 and over, excluding residents of Northern Ireland. Employees of Viking Arms Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• Closing Date:
  • Entries must be received by midday (GMT) on Sunday, 3rd March 2024.
• Winner Selection and Notification:
  • The winner will be selected at random and contacted via email by midnight (GMT) on Monday, 4th March 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
• Marketing Participation:
  • The winner must agree to participate in marketing activities, including photography, video, and an interview. These activities are conditional upon receipt of the prize.
• No Purchase Necessary:
  • No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win.
• Equal Chances:
  • All entries will have an equal chance of winning.
• Consent for Use of Personal Information:
  • By entering, you consent to Viking Arms Ltd announcing your name if you win and using your personal data for future marketing communications, in compliance with GDPR. You may opt out of future communications, and your data will not be shared with third parties.

• Prize Details:
  • The prize is a Leupold RX-1400i TBR/W Gen 2 Rangefinder. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Disqualification:
  • Viking Arms Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches the rules or has acted fraudulently in any way.
• Liability:
  • Viking Arms Ltd is not liable for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.
• Governing Law:
  • These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• Right to Cancel or Amend:
